1. Personal Information

When you browse our website, we may track some information about you and your behaviour of viewing the website, including your Internet service provider and number of pages viewed. We do not automatically recognise personal information, unless you submit your name, address, email address or any other details upon registration, sending an enquiry or making a purchase. If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will from time to time send you mailings with news, information on exclusive offers, new products which we believe may be of interest to you. We use Responsys to send out e-mails to those who have chosen to receive e-mailings from us. Responsys does not use any of the information from our mailing lists except to send and process e-mail communications on our behalf. 2. Security

If you place your order online, your debit/credit card information is kept highly secure by our partner the Royal Bank of Scotland WorldPay. Usually this information is deleted as soon as the payment for your order is completed.Your debit/credit card information can be kept on file for future ordering convenience if you choose to save your payment details. Please do not give us credit card information by email as we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% secure. In the extremely rare case of debit/credit card fraud, your card issuer offers you full protection. Therefore, you can feel totally secure every time you visit our website to view our products, get information, request a sample and place an order.

3. Cookies
